Grace Assembly is involved in a prison ministry called through the wall, which aims to reduce re-offending.
Basic things such as food and water are available for prisoners in many countries.
We have been asked to provide bore hole for a prison in one of the African countries.
Our prison ministry includes provision of food, clothes, tyres for prison vehicles, and other items to support prisoners.
We also tackle issues that lead to offending as well as providing support for spouse or families of those in prison, and we help with life after prison by supporting ex prisoners with skills to support themselves.
Remember these words of Jesus in Mathew 25:35-43 where he commended some by saying "I was in prison, and you visited me" and he rebuked some by saying "I was sick and in prison, and you didn’t visit me".
To clarify he then said "I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me"
You can support the prison ministry by making regular £10 a month.
